I, ADAH SAMPSON BEKENABESHIE, Male, Adult,
Christian and a Nigerian Citizen of Behind St. Joseph’s Catholic Church,
Udigie, Obudu, Cross River State, do hereby make an oath and sincerely declare
as follows:
1. That I am the
deponent by virtue of which I am
conversant with the FACTS herein.

name ZELOPHEHAD
ADAH SAMPSON [ZAS] is both MY SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP
BUSINESS and MY
PERSONAL LITERARY IDENTITY.

will never be under threat from any organization(s) or person(s). An
individual’s life can only be threatened if that individual is living in a
culture of barbarism or in a society devoid of law, justice and nationhood.

vouch for. I grant to all clientele the best of my passion
for professionalism based on their demands on my capabilities and service
offerings.

am not a
clergyman (i.e., Pastor, Priest, Intercessor, etc.) whatever relationships I
have with a
deity are private and do not interfere with the ordinary business of ZELOPHEHAD
