Branded Pearls attributes its subliminality to legal documents issued to Zelophehad Adah Sampson by two courts of international reverence (known as (1) the COURT OF APPEAL; and (2) THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT OF NIGERIA, ABUJA, NIGERIA) in his native country, Nigeria, on 4 March, 2020 and 6 September, 2021 respectively.

Before then, Zelophehad Adah Sampson and his beloved wife, Amy-Fall Adah-Sampson (Ambassador Amy Sarr Fall of Senegal) had familiarised with each other as soon as the former arrived the Republic of Benin on a professional work-tour of francophone Africa and encountered the latter's pet-magazine, Intelligences (www.intelligences.info).

His enthusiasm for perspectives refreshing, supportive and all-embracing of the African socio-cultural experience carved for him a niche of nonnegotiable, feminine affection accommodating only of Amy Sarr Fall. Thus, he studied, worked and segued towards her heart through concerted literary intelligence efforts at the Republics of Togo and Ghana until Nigeria's justice system sealed his drive with legitimisation and, thereby, granted him his first (implied) legal, dual nationality (Senegalese and Nigerian). Hence, Zelophehad Adah Sampson and his wife, Mrs Amy-Fall Adah-Sampson, are together Senegalese-Nigerian due to their marriage.

A. By OUR (The ZAS Household's) enabling law both through ZELOPHEHAD ADAH SAMPSON and AMY-FALL ADAH-SAMPSON (Amy Sarr Fall of SENEGAL), WE are NOT ALLOWED and DO NOT EXPRESS INTEREST in or need for GOD-FATHERS (herein defined as PERSONS WITH POWERS TO EXTRACT FROM AND EXERT UPON US SPECIAL LOYALTIES, TRIBUTES AND ERRANDS). WE are so constructed to avoid mortgaging or postponing our individual and collective liberties within THE ZAS HOUSEHOLD and in our relations with clientele.

B. WE do have ASSOCIATES (i.e., special friends whose personal traditions we admire but do not envy).

C. Therefore, ZELOPHEHAD ADAH SAMPSON (i.e., enterprise and person), "The SEIRN" and all entities commercial by AMY-FALL ADAH-SAMPSON can only be accessed outside THE ZAS HOUSEHOLD through corporate doorways and collaborations.

DECLARATION

THE ZAS HOUSEHOLD (Mr AND Mrs Amy-Fall Zelophehad Adah-Sampson) hereby declare, in keeping with AFFIDAVIT ATTESTING TO ZELOPHEHAD ADAH SAMPSON, that:

1. Zelophehad Adah Sampson, readily identifiable as CONSULTANT THEORETICIAN and LITERARY ACTIVIST, is in Obudu and will be in any other part of his immediate domicile NOT for illegitimate access to or use of any property or persons(paternal, maternal or governmental);

2. Zelophehad Adah Sampson lives freely in an apartment in his father's home in Obudu (Cross River State of Nigeria) because he had been entitled to it from childhood directly through his father (Mr Emmanuel Adah Bekeh, now late);

3. Whatsoever contracts Zelophehad Adah Sampson enters into must be such that secure the integrity of his wife, MRS AMY-FALL ADAH-SAMPSON;

4. Zelophehad Adah Sampson will (and calls on global jurisprudences to) allow his wife to KILL him for CLEAR infidelity;

5. "The SEIRN" shall begin its CUP tasks, if funded as by attached details, in ABUJA FCT.
